Narbonne is a beautiful town to visit. there is a beautiful beach, and a lot of cave of wine to visit. we love to go there, cause there is a big buffet over there. the restaurant call " the grand buffet Narbonne" there are a lot of food to eat. seafood, japanse food, chinese food, french food, and a hundred of dessert. my husband love seafood, that's why he always ask to go there. however, we spend 2 hour drive to there for just buffet :D

Cherry is my favorite fruit. i can eat 3 or 4 kg per day. we went to pick cherries in Lavard. it is 30 min from my house. we're enjoy eating and picking.

I have been absent from here for such long time, cause i don't have time as before. i already start to work last month ago. it keeps me busy and away from my laptop. moreover, i'm not addicted to facebook anymore. hehe.... my real life is start. i'm not a normal lady that alway stay at home anymore. i can go out to work and know some people over there. however, my husband not really want me to work, cause he afraid i'm tried. but i can't stand at home everyday :D being to work, i feel tried as my husband said. but it is valuable to get some money to help and save for our spending everyday and future. i also meet a lot of people with different manner. all the staff are kind and friendly to me, except one lady. she is jealous with me, cause i'm young and beautiful than her. that's funny. everyone in the work place doesn't like her at all. i don't know why she stand to work over there. anyways, i'm alway lucky as my mother and aunt sroy said. in sum up, i am fine at work place.

right now our day off half Sunday and Monday is very value. we alway go out to have dinner and visit some places.

i don't know what to buy, cause i don't have driver at that day. he left me on mission to cambodia. i'm thinking to buy a small gift to my husband's two aunts on Mother's day. they are so kind to me. i decide to buy flower, cause the store next to my house. I type some wishing word to them, and print out with their photo. they are really love it. i saw them read and watch the photo many times when i give to them.

i also ask my sisters in cambodia to buy me fruit basket for my mother and mother in law. i know i will do something better for them if i was in cambodia :D bong phorn said that i'm the only one who has romantic ideas for surprise :D

Cars, laptops, cameras, and all the technology is my husband favorite. almost everyday he watches car advertisement even 5 or 10 minutes when he come back from work. that's him. hehe... we get our ipad on the first day it is available in France. i told him that we can buy from USA, cause it is cheaper than here, but he can't stand to wait for it.

It such a weird restaurant. i think it is a first time and last time to try as well. the decoration is fine, but the don't like the light. i feel like i'm in the bar. hehe... you can find the meat which you are rarely eat in here. today i try several meats that i never have before such as kangaroo, shark, crocodile, and more. even there are a lot of meats rarely to eat, but the dishes are not good.

Just one night we lose our beloved uncle. this is the worst thing happen in my family. my uncle and aunt was rob last night. they both got shot. my uncle passed away on the way to Vietnam, and my aunt still in the hospital. however, she is fine. nothing is going to harm her life. i'm kinda of speechless, cause i don't want to believe this is happen. when i heard my father voice though the phone, my heart break as two. the voice that i never hear since i was born. i know he was crying. he told me " Your uncle is hopeless now, he is gone ". my tear was falling down... I pray for those bad people go to hell. why they have to shot innocent people even they got what they want? why our society has these kind of bad people live in? why they don't go to hell?

Day 1 in Chinese New Year, my family alway go to Takmao ask for "Yon" to protect our family. i never go with them, cause there are a lot of people over there. this year no plan to go anywhere, so i decide to go with my parents. we stuck at Kbal Khnol about half hour, cause people go out everywhere. hehe... we arrived there around 10 AM. wow... many people over there. everything is expensive (pay entrance = 5000 riel, car park = 5000 riel, om pov = 20000) everywhere full of smoke. i didn't go to temple with mom. i wait outside with dad look at Mong Say. hehe...

we had dinner at Center ville. this is a new restaurant that my husband just get the address from his client in his workplace. the restaurant is small and underground, but it has a well decoration. the price of the foods quiet expensive. hehe... i like the light in the restaurant. look so calm to me.

we went to have seafood at La Criee, cause we plan to watch the movie call Avatar after got out from there. the restaurant near the cinema, so we can walk to there just a few minutes. my husband really insist to watch that movie. he keep tell me every time he check on his phone. we plan to watch the last session in cinema. we eat slow slow, cause we want to wait until the cinema time. we finished the seafood, then we order another menu. i am really can't eat anymore. hehe... we arrived the cinema 15 min before time, but the movie is completed. so we hurry got out, and drove to another cinema next to our apartment. my husband drove really fast, but it is still too late :( we feel so sorry about that. we went back home, and watch 2 movies until 3.30 AM. haha...

my husband asked me where did i want to go? i said anywhere he wants to take me. when we are re-think again, we end up decided to stay home and wait my husband's family called for lunch or dinner. haha... we didn't see them two weeks already. i got up and cook something for our lunch, then we went shopping. finally, my husband's uncle called us for dinner at his house. haha... after that we went to hospital to get some medicine to cambodia, and go back to Pu seng's house. we met everyone over there. Ming Da is a great cooks, especially i like her dessert.

I always think that birthday is a very important day, that's why i'm crazy about making a special gift to someone i love. every year when my husband's birthday nearly arrive, i always think what to make him surprise one or two months ahead. my husband always told me it is not important as i think. moreover, if we are together, we always can make a perfect birthday. although, we always live far away, so we just make the best we can do. i still remember last last years, we always spend a whole day together though webcam. he always call me at 12 AM every year on my birthday, and i do the same thing. my birthday this year, i can celebrated with him. i wish i was there celebrate his birthday together. this year, i don't make him a birthday video as i always did, plus i don't have any gift for him. hehe.... what kind of good wife i am? i want to buy something that he wants, but i can't find a good product in cambodia. he always warn me don't send anything for him, cause i will be there soon. now i'm waiting him come back from work to celebrate his birthday together. i buy a cake for him, so he don't have to make a cake for himself like last 2 years. my mother in law just call me, cause she also know that her son's birthday. she wants me to say happy birthday to him, and my parents in law want me to tell my husband about their wish to him, and plus they wish us to love each other until we die. :-D

It is a funny story that i received from one of my friends.
read it and you will know. haha...

Mr. Sharma comes home one night, and his wife throws her arms around his
neck - "I have great news. I'm a month overdue. I think we're going to
have a baby! The doctor gave me a test today, but until we find out for
sure, we can't tell anybody."

The next day, Mrs.Sharma receives a telephone call from AEC (Ahmedabad
Electric Company) because the electricity bill has not been paid.

"Am I speaking to Mrs. Sharma ? "
"Yes, speaking."
AEC guy, "You're a month overdue, you know!"
"How do YOU know?" stammers the young woman.
"Well, ma'am, it's in our files!" says the AEC guy .
"What are you saying? It's in your files....HOW??"
"Yes...we have a system of finding out who's overdue"
"GOD!!....this is too much.."
"Madam, I am sorry... I am following orders..I have to inform you are
overdue."
"I know that.. let me talk to my husband about this tonight...he will
speak to your company tomorrow."

That night, she tells her husband about the visit, and he, mad as a bull,
rushes to AEC office the next day morning.

"What's going on? You have it on file that my wife is a month overdue?
What business is that of yours?" the husband shouts.
"Just calm down," says the lady at the reception at AEC, "it's nothing
serious. All you have to do is pay us."
"PAY you? and if I refuse?"
"Well, in that case, sir, we'd have no option but to cut yours off."
"And what would my wife do then?" the husband asks.
"I don't know. I guess she'd have to use a candle."

I am missing my husband so badly from day to day. wishing to back next to him very soon. however, he calls me every day. i still feel it is not enough. every night i awake, i always look around and the space next to me don't have his�appearance�next to me. i try to keep myself busy, so i don't think about him too much. he moves to our new apartment now, but i can't help him to prepare our new apartment. we already discuss since i was in France. we will decorate our house Red and White. our cuisine is red. we choose red, because it is a modern color, and it is my favorite as well. he told me that he buy only the stuffs that he need to use right now. the rest he will wait until i come back, so we can choose together. next week, i will start my French class. i have one to one class at home. hopefully, i will learn fast :-D

Mother's Day 2009

Today is Mother's day in USA and Cambodia, but not in France. I think Mother's Day just introduce into Cambodia society these few years. I almost forget that today is Sunday. last night when i'm ready to sleep about 3 AM, i'm realize that today is Sunday, and it is Mother's Day. so i wake up and call my sister (Mei Mei), but the phone didn't work. i'm kinda sleep not well, because i can't do what i want to do. i wake up again in 8 AM to call my sister. i asked her to buy a cake and a bunch of roses for my mom, and a fruit basket for my mother in law. i talked to her for awhile, then i go back to sleep. i get up at 1 PM, i call my sister again, because i want to know she already done my work or not. she told me everything is done. she already brought the fruit basket to my mother in law, but she said she didn't write a good post card for her. for my mom, she did order the cake, but she didn't have time to buy flower. she told me that tonight everyone went to the wedding party. she doesn't know how to start. haha... so i'm happy now, because even i'm live far away, but i do what i can do for mother and mother in law happy.�

my husband finished his work early today, then we went to look for house. we went to reach many places. the real estate brought us to see two house. i like the�environment of the house, but the size a bit small. i think we look for more. in evening is family dine again. pu and ming ask to go out and eat in one restaurant. they say it just open. it call " Pizza papa" i like the restaurant name. it easy to read and remember. it food is fine, but the service is bad. i guess the waiters are new. they are no experience yet. they just walk in and out. they don't look around and care customers much. haha... we finished dinner nearly 10PM, then we say good bye to them. because tonight we went to watch X-man. we arrived the cinema just in time. the movie play at 10.20PM. my husband loves that movie so much. i am not really enjoy this movie, because i don't understand. too bad i don't know french. i just saw the picture. hehe....�

yesterday is Labor day, so my husband has half day off. we went to eat outside. every restaurant is full. there are a lot of people eat out, because it is holiday. we have to wait for table. Le Cappaccio is the restaurant we went to eat restaurant. it is italian food and�specialist in raw meat. i ate something like noodle that my husband order for me. it�taste�ok for me. my husband ate raw beef. we cannot watch X-man, because we came out a bit late. we properly watch the movie tomorrow.�

i had a nightmare last night. i feel it is real, but it just a dream. i shout very loud. my voice made my husband scare. he also shout along as me. he woke up and hugged me. i felt claim down when i realize my husband sleep next to me. i cried, because i'm so afraid. my husband hugged me until i fall asleep. i think i usually have nightmare. sometimes i dream i get lose in the juggle, or a big cat jump on me. when is the scaring part, i always shout, and wake up. i think this week i'm going to buy some fruits and pray in my room.�

this is my third time and third food that i cook for my husband. haha... I'm expert in Chha Lok Lak i guess. it is my favorite food. i remember i always make it when i was in USA. my brother in law and sister like it, but not my sister's parents in law. they said i make everything too sweet for them. haha... this time i make for my husband. i guess he likes it as well, because we eat it all.�

Sunday Dinner

it is a raining day. we doesn't want to go outside at all. my husband still want to bring me outside because i have been staying in the hotel from tuesday to saturday. he said i might get bore and want to see outside world. so we leave the hotel at 8.30 PM. we go to eat something at Hippo. this restaurant is�specialist with beef. this is the third time we go there since i was here. my husband can eat raw meat. when he order beef, he only gets 50% cook. for me i have to get 75% cook. last time, he order 50% cook for me as well, but i feel i'm afraid to eat. haha... this time i try fish. it is good.�

Dinner or Supper?

we eat only 2 times per day. our first breakfast and dinner at 4 PM or a little bit late than that. then i have to wait until my husband finish his work around 11 PM, so we can go to make something to eat. every night we watch one movie. he gots a lot of DVD in his room. i don't know when i can finish it. we always sleep late around 3 o'clock. i think that is our usual life style. haha...�

I asked my sister to buy me a camera from USA, because it takes long time to wait until it release in France. the camera that i bought is Sony T900. i feel i don't like the color. when i saw this color online, it looks great. in reality, it is not cool as i think. i should get black instead of silver. :-( anyways, i love it! it is cool :-D

This is the first day dinner family re-union since i was in France. it also tata kim's birthday. the food organize by bong kun's aunt. she is a great cook. today is second day i have rice since i was here. i feel missing khmer foods while i eat French foods. haha.... we play our wedding video to everyone see. i feel happy, because everyone in bong kun's family are welcome me. they are friendly and nice.

time like flying. 4 weeks for bong phy is short. we all have to say goodbye to her again. i still remember the first time she left cambodia to study at USA. we all cried 3 night before she left. i made songs, record everyone voice, and wrote a notebook for her. i hope we all together again next year as we already talk. i hope me and kun can make it.

why there are 13 songs? there are 2 reasons to make this wedding CD 13 songs. first reason, our wedding date is 01/03, therefore it comes from the number 1 and 3. when it combine together, it becomes 13. second reason, my husband love the number 13, because it is his birthday.

Day 3 in France

we went out in the morning to ville. there are a lot of stores and people are walking around the street. the weather is nice. he brought me to eat Arabs sandwich. he told me the sandwich very good. i was scare to eat when i watched them made sandwich, and plus listen to Arabs song. haha.... it taste weird to me. we came back at 3 PM, because he has to work in the evening.

Day 2 in France

we woke up around 11 AM in the morning. my husband have to work 3 hours in the morning. then we went shopping around 3 o'clock. i bought one shoes and some make up stuff. at the evening we went the eat seafood. this is the food that my husband love the most. i do love seafood as well. there are many kind of seafood on the plant, but it is expensive. we eat, drink and chit chat. i'm very full. haha... he give me drive when we come back home.

I am so so happy can go to France with my husband after we are marry. this is my third country or my third world. the country that i don't know how to speak it language. the place that i have to meet new people. the workplace that i have to learn everything. the new house for me and my husband.

we travel by Vietnam airline. it took 1 day by plan to France. this time i didn't feel bore at all, because i have my husband with me. we arrived at Paris at 6 AM, then we took another plan to Toulouse. we arrived Toulouse at 11.30 AM. i met my husband's uncle the first time. he is a kind person. he took us to his house, then i met my husband's aunt and her son, daughter in law. we have lunch together at Hea phillis's restaurant. the foods were great. we stay over there about two hours. after that, my husband took me to the place where we suppose to live and work. sokun works in villefranche de Lauragais. it is 45 min from Toulouse. we arrived Hotel de France. the place where sokun manage. there are a restaurant and hotel together. our rooms at another part of hotel. there are 3 empty rooms, one toilet, and one bath room. the rooms are new, because my husband's uncle just hire someone to built and paint it. we take first room for our bed room, second room for our office, third room for living room. at the evening, my husband took me to have dinner at one restaurant call hippo... something. i ate lamb and he ate beef. we have a wonderful dinner together.

Our Honeymoon

after marry, we have to stay home 3 days as traditional. i didn't go anywhere after that, because we have to wait until my husband's family go back to their countries. we choose monday is the first day we went out just two of us. we decide to go kompongsom, because i always wish to go there. we spend half day look around kompongsom, because i have one brother wants to introduce some lands to us. we stay at golden sand hotel one night. every meal we ate seafood. i still miss seafood over there. mouth watering right now.... haha... i don't know it is count as honeymoon or not? haha.... after marry, everyone ask me where do i want to spend my honeymoon? i said i don't know. properly kompongsom is our honeymoon. haha....

Gift From My Lovely Sister

She bought me a sweatshirt when we went to mall yesterday. she said she bought for my aunt. actually, she wants me to wear the same sweatshirt with her. haha... this afternoon she gave me a post card. i opened it, and read me in front of my boyfriend. my tear start to drop down as i read it. i know i'm too much emotional. however, my sister rarely write me a long postcard. it is a touching post card from her. my boyfriend keeps asking me what is wrong. i said nothing. i told him what my sister write for me. i cannot finish, because i am keep crying. haha.... i don't know what is 44 mean to her for me. I think 4 is dollar sign on keyboard. haha... she might want to wish me wealthy after marry :-D i will ask her the meaning tomorrow. let's see what is she explain.

I discuss with my boyfriend a few days ago about what kind of gift should i buy for them. for me, I want to buy ipod touch for them. however, my boyfriend said he will go to mall soon. if he think of something else useful than ipod. we can change it. today he said I can order ipod touch, because he can't think of anything else. therefore, tonight i just order a ipod-touch 8G for them with my wonderful engraving on it. i hope they love it when it is arrive.

Christmas Party at Google

Last night the electricity was cut off at 12.30 AM. i woke up the morning in order to go to work. i realize that there is no power at all. i called my friend. she told me that don't be lazy, i have to work. haha.... i used my phone's light. i went down to get candle. i'm ready to prepare my self go to work. it is raining outside. i can say it is heavy rain. anyways, i'm late 10 minutes this morning.

Now i'm at my brother in law's relative house. it is too cold without heat. it becomes states emergency now. the electricity will come back on Monday as news report. i hope it is faster than that :-(

Black Friday is shopping day for everyone here i guess. my sister and me suppose to wake up in the morning in order to get a cheap luggage. however, 9 o'clock in the morning is the early time for us. my sister said we might cannot get one, because we are too late. when we are get into the store, there are many luggage still there. then we go to the Mall, we are shopping until 2 o'clock. we got a lot of stuffs. i feel tired, because there are too many people shopping. this evening we are doing Sach Kor Oach. I bought This perfume for Nicole birthday. at first, i want to get her a sweater. i think i'm not good at choosing it. when i went to study with her, i pretend to ask her about perfume, so she show me some perfume that she loves. i went go perfume shop with my sister. the staff over there show me different kinds of perfume which smell similar to the one that Nicole love. my sister and me smell at least 30 perfume in order to get the best one for her. we end up to get Betsey Jonhson. My Mac's Problem

My laptop always got one problem. the black light went off when i put in adapt power. I brought my laptop to the apple store. first, they change the monitor. they said it properly took 2 or 3 days to fix it. it just one hour. they called me, and it said my laptop is all set. i was using it 3 weeks, the black light went off again. it happens sometime only. i brought my laptop to apple store again. this time they said it properly the motherboard, so they said they are going to replace it for me. this time they said leave my laptop 3 to 4 days. only one day, i got a call for them. I'm not happy at all, because they change monitor and motherboard. these are the main thing on laptop. i used it one night, and it happened again the next day. i really got mad. every time it is happen, i always bring it to the store. i want them to see the problem. this time they said they are going to replace one more thing near the power adapter. i asked the staffs work at genius bar. i asked them whether they are fix my laptop or not. then i asked them to talk with manager in store. i want to ask whether i can add some money and get new one. she said they cannot change the new one for me, because it is policy. she told me that they don't care how much they spend in order to fix or replace it. they just want customer to be happy. i said how can i feel happy, because you guys change everything and it doesn't work. there are no more original part on my laptop. she said that all she can does. i didn't leave my laptop at repair store on that day, because they are not work on sunday. a few days later, i brought my laptop to fix. i brought all my laptop paper work. this time i met one black guy. he asked how come my laptop has a lot of problem, because he saw a bunch of paper on my hand. i told him there is only one problem, but you guys cannot find the problem, and change everything on my laptop. he told me that he's going to change as the paper work said. i told him that he change can anything, because i don't trust you guys anymore. i didn't know what else they are going to change. haha... i asked him how come i cannot change the new one. i'm willing to pay extra money. so he go inside again. this time he came back with good news. he told me that manager decide to change the new laptop for me, but i'm going to pay for extra money. moreover, i have to have the box of laptop and everything else. i went back home and bring everything. it is so funny. i didn't through away anything, even receipt. some stuff i didn't open yet. i'm really really happy. This time the manager is a guy, that's why he is easy than the last manager. hehe... i still not happy with my new laptop. i want 2.8 processor, but in store only 2.5. the only way i can get is online, but they cannot give me store credit. i get the new laptop is the same price as my old one, therefore i didn't pay anything.

I hope my new laptop works well :-) wish me good luck with the new one.
